Area singers are invited to join members of Choralis in a sing-along this coming Tuesday of two choral works, the beloved Mozart Requiem and the beautiful contemporary Requiem by Bob Chilcott. The final installlment in the Choralis 2019 Summer Sings series, Tuesday’s event will be led by Artistic Director Gretchen Kuhrmann and feature soloists Mary Shaffran, Soprano; Roger Isaacs, Countertenor, John Downey, Tenor, and James Shaffran, Bass with keyboard accompaniment.
The sing-along will begin at 7:00 pm at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3022 Woodlawn Avenue (at the intersection with Route 50), Falls Church, VA. There is ample parking available in church lots. Admission is $15 and one or both scores may be rented for an additional $5.
